How to cancel a plan ?

It is very easy to cancel a plan with Dead Simple Chat. It is a 2 step process:

Step 1:

Login to Dead Simple Chat and you will be directed to the dashboard page. Here click on the accounts tab on the left section

Step 2:

And you will be directed on the accounts page of Dead Simple Chat. There under the plan details section click on the cancel plan button as shown in the figure below and you will have cancelled the plan.

Note: Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
