How to change plan ?

To change your plan that is to upgrade or downgrade your plan in Dead Simple Chat. 

Step1:

First, go to the dashboard page then click on the Plans and Pricing tab on the left-hand side section of the dashboard page.

Step 2: 

You will be directed to the Plans and Pricing page of the Dead Simple Chat there you can choose a plan from the plans given in the table. If you want the Ultimate plan you will have to contact us at support@deadsimplechat.com

What happens if you are in the middle of a billing cycle?

If you are in the middle of a billing cycle you will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
