How to delete all messages in a chatroom

To delete all the messages from a chatroom. follow the steps below:

Step1:

First login to Dead Simple Chat there you will be directed to the dashboard page.

Step 2:

On the Dashboard page scroll down to see the list of chatrooms that you have created. Identify the chatroom from which you want to delete all the messages.

Step 3:

Click on the delete all messages button corresponding to the chatroom that you have identified.

you will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the chat messages. Remember this step cannot be undone. 

Once confirmed all the chat messages will be deleted
